This course deals with the study of planning, collection, and analysis of relevant data to marketing decision making and communicating the results to the top management or middle management. It further deals with the function which consumer, customer and public to the marketer through information that is used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems: generate, refine and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance and improve understanding of marketing research as a continuous process.
